do you take my insurance?
I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, EMI, United Healthcare, UMR, and Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I can also provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
how can i cancel my appointment?
Please call or text (385) 279-5350 to cancel your appointment. You may leave a voicemail message if there is no answer.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in the states of Utah and Idaho. I have been a practicing mental health counselor since 2019 and am trained in the following therapy methods:

I work with adults (18 and older).
what days/hours do you see clients?
I am available for weekend appointments only.
where is your office?
Currently I do not offer in-person appointments. I am available as a virtual provider to clients in Utah and Idaho.
i am having a crisis. can you see me immediately?
I am not available to help with an immediate crisis and recommend utilizing resources such as the suicide hotline (988) or your local emergency room.
do you see telehealth clients?
Yes, I have licenses to practice in both Utah and Idaho. You must be in one of these states when the telehealth session takes place.
